REFUND POLICY

Self-Study Courses – Refunds are available within 30 days of the original purchase date provided that no credit has been earned.

Webinars – A full refund for will be given for cancellations received at least 24 hours before the start of a presentation.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 24 hours, but may be transferred to another program within 30 days of the original scheduled program date by contacting support@cpeconnect.net . A registrant who fails to join the scheduled class without notifying us prior to the start of the webinar will be considered a “no show” and will not be eligible for a refund. 

COMPLAINT POLICY

Our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction in your CPE experience.  Please contact us support@cpeconnect.net if for any reason you are not satisfied with your self-study or webinar purchase and will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.
